The quick way (from your iPad)
Do this on the iPad you fly with.
Open the email we sent you and tap the download link.
Use Wi-Fi — it's a big file (the whole FAA library), so cellular can be slow.
Tap the Share icon when the PDF opens (the square with an up-arrow), then tap
“Copy to ForeFlight” (or “Open in ForeFlight”).
Don't see ForeFlight in the share menu? Use the alternate method below.
It lands in ForeFlight under More → Documents → User. Tap it to open.
Tap any Area of Operation and you jump straight to the reg or handbook page.
It's fully offline now — no signal needed in the cockpit or the exam room.
Alternate: import from the Files app
From the download, tap Share → Save to Files.
Open ForeFlight → More → Documents.
Tap the + (top right) → Import → Files → choose the PDF.
Good to know: works in ForeFlight on the iPad (and in any PDF reader on iPhone or
laptop). The links are tap-to-jump and the whole thing is offline once imported. Lost the
download link? Just reply to your order email and we'll re-send it.
